Global Distribution Partners Pty Ltd (GDP) is the holding company that owns the Optivance Intellectual Property and all of the shares in its subsidiary operating company Optivance Nutrition Pty Ltd.

GDP is governed by a Board of Directors who are responsible for strategy, governance and finance, including capital raising, managing shareholders and maximising the value of group assets.

Optivance Nutrition Pty Ltd is the operating entity established to commercialise the Optivance intellectual property worldwide.
